Low Interest Loans in PA
The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (Keystone HELP) is working with Pennsylvania to provide low-interest loans to homeowners that want to make energy improvements in their home. Keystone HELP is working with PA Home Energy service providers to offer their customers a comprehensive energy audit which conforms to Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program standards.
Incentives for Solar in PA
Information on Pennsylvania’s sunshine residential/ small business solar program can be found on the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) web site. The program will provide up to $100 million in rebates to help fund solar electric and thermal projects for homeowners and businesses in PA.
